OUR PRACTICE

About our practice.

Our team of licensed therapists and psychologists is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families overcome life’s challenges. We guide you toward greater self-awareness, improved emotional regulation, and the development of new coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. We help you identify the problem, clarify goals, create a treatment plan, track symptoms, and work with you to ensure you have the tools and education to begin reducing the frequency of therapy sessions.

Unlike other practices, our relationship does not end between therapy sessions — you are always encouraged to give your clinician a call or a text. We are always here for you.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

How much does therapy cost?

Session fees range from $225–$550 depending on the service. We are an out-of-network practice, which means we don’t bill insurance companies directly. Instead, we provide superbills to make that process easy, and most of our clients receive partial reimbursement through their insurance.

Do you accept insurance?

We are out-of-network with all insurance plans. Many of our clients use out-of-network benefits to get reimbursed for a significant portion of our fees. In 2025, our insurance specialist helped clients recover over $54,000 in insurance reimbursements — and that doesn’t include superbill submissions. We provide detailed superbills and can help you understand your benefits before you start.

Can I contact my therapist between sessions?

Yes! This is one of the many things that makes our practice different from traditional models. Even when your therapy visits end, the door remains open — you are always encouraged to give your clinician a call or a text. You will have direct access to your therapist, with calls returned within two hours. We are here for you.

Do you offer online therapy?

Yes — we offer private, secure telehealth sessions to residents anywhere in California, in addition to in-person sessions at our four Bay Area locations.
